The "Energy" drops belong to Bioherba's range of Dr. Bach flower essences. The formula is conceived for the days when body and spirit feel drained and enthusiasm has faded. The blend of five plant essences is traditionally used as a gentle support for restoring a sense of vitality and inner strength.

What it contains

At the heart of the composition are essences of hornbeam and olive, two of the plants that in the Dr. Bach system are traditionally associated with moments of fatigue and exhaustion. They are joined by centaury, oak and wild rose, and the whole mixture is stabilised in a water-ethanol base.

How to use

Dissolve 4 drops in a glass of water or 12 drops in a 1 l bottle of water. Take 4 drops four times a day orally. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
