Nasya Oil is a traditional Ayurvedic nasal oil formulated according to classical Ayurvedic texts. Based on fine sesame oil and enriched with more than 20 herbs, oils and spices, it is designed to nourish and protect the delicate skin of the nose, keeping it soft and shielding it from excessive dryness. In Ayurveda, the practice of Nasya is traditionally regarded as part of the daily self-care routine.
What it contains
Sesame oil (Sesamum indicum) is the light oil base that spreads easily over the skin and moisturises it.
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) is a classic Ayurvedic herb traditionally valued in the care of delicate skin.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is a soothing plant extract traditionally used for sensitive skin.
Lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) is a flower extract with an emollient effect.

How to use
