Blue Iodine Mixture is a Bulgarian food supplement combining biologically active iodine, succinic acid and vitamin PP (niacin) in a convenient liquid form. The formula is designed to provide gradual release of the iodine and good absorption by the body.

Iodine is a vital trace element involved in the normal production of thyroid hormones and supporting the normal function of the thyroid gland. Since the body cannot produce it on its own, obtaining it through food or supplements is especially important.

What it contains

Biologically active iodine

Contributes to the normal function of the thyroid gland and the production of thyroid hormones. Takes part in normal energy metabolism, supports normal nervous system function and cognitive function.

Succinic acid

Participates in cellular energy exchange and complements the action of the other active ingredients.

Vitamin PP (Niacin)

Contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Iodine content

How to use

Take once daily, about 30 minutes before a meal, diluting the required dose in 20–40 ml of water.

Recommended daily intake:

• Adults – 6 drops (150 mcg iodine)
• Pregnant women – 8 drops (200 mcg iodine)
• Formula-fed babies up to 6 months – 1 drop (25 mcg iodine)

For children:

• 7 months – 3 years – 2 drops (50 mcg iodine)
• 4 – 6 years – 3 drops (75 mcg iodine)
• 6 – 10 years – 4 drops (100 mcg iodine)
• 11 – 13 years – 6 drops (150 mcg iodine)
• 14 – 17 years – 8 drops (200 mcg iodine)
