How it is made

The jam is made from whole, top-quality blackberries using a gentle low-temperature method. The lower cooking temperature preserves the natural aroma, colour and flavour of the fruit. The recipe contains no added thickeners, gelling agents, ready-made fruit fillings or improvers - the texture comes from the blackberry itself.

65% whole blackberry fruit, sugar, antioxidant: citric acid. No preservatives, flavourings or colourings.

Serving ideas

Spread it over a slice of bread or toast, or add it to pancakes and waffles. It goes wonderfully with yoghurt, curd cheese and homemade desserts, and its dark colour makes it a striking filling for pastries.

Storage
