Beef Collagen with Acerola relies on a minimalist recipe: almost pure collagen complemented with acerola extract. Hydrolyzed peptides supply the body with amino acids in a ratio suitable for synthesizing its own collagen, the body's main structural protein.

What it contains

The composition consists solely of 97% beef collagen peptide (hydrolyzed collagen peptide over 90%) and 3% acerola fruit extract. A 20 g dose contains over 17.46 g of protein at 72 kcal, with no fat and no sugars. The most represented amino acids are glycine (4.93 g), proline (2.88 g) and hydroxyproline (2.50 g) per dose.

Recommended intake

Once or twice a day, stir 1 tablespoon (10 g) into yogurt, a smoothie or other food. Leave for 5 minutes until the powder dissolves completely. It is recommended to take it 30 minutes before a meal. Alternate a three-month intake with a two-week break.
