Tribulus terrestris is a herb with a pronounced influence on hormonal balance, whose action has been the subject of numerous modern studies.

What it contains

Standardised water-ethanol extract of Bulgarian-grown tribulus /Tribulus terrestris/; 62-68% vol ethanol.

Intended use

Tribulus is traditionally associated with supporting vitality and libido and with a beneficial effect on the urogenital system. Its main mechanism of action relates to hormones - in men it is known for raising luteinising hormone, through which testosterone is produced, while in women it does not raise testosterone but helps regulate hormonal balance. The herb shows antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and is traditionally associated with reducing blood pressure, benefiting heart rhythm and cholesterol, and regulating blood platelet levels. Potential benefits have also been noted for prostate hyperplasia, and tribulus is known for supporting tissue protection and liver detoxification in the presence of heavy metals such as cadmium and mercury.

How to use

30 drops, diluted in 50 ml mineral water or juice, up to 3 times daily, or a single dose of 60 drops before training.
