Nettle is among the most widely used herbs in European phytotherapy, valued for its contribution to blood-forming functions, the joints and the skin.
What it contains
Extract from nettle herb /Urtica dioica/, on an alcohol base of 62 to 68% ethanol by volume. Contains no gluten, lactose, sugar or yeast.
Intended use
Nettle is traditionally associated with care for the joints and respiratory tract, with normal water balance and with the normal condition of hair, nails and skin. The herb is known for its diuretic action and for its contribution to metabolism and blood-forming processes.
How to use
40 drops, dissolved in mineral water or juice, taken 2 times a day, before meals. Recommended daily intake: 80 drops, a source of 500 mg nettle.
