Flours

Emmer flour, also known as dinkel, is made by stone milling a local variety of wild wheat, without additives. It suits homemade bread and other dough based bakes, in a 500 g pack.

Carob flour is a natural flour made from the fruit of the carob tree, with a natural sweetness and a chocolate-caramel flavor. It replaces cocoa in cooking, is suitable for children too, and comes in a 400 g pack.

Pumpkin flour is a defatted product made from peeled pumpkin seed, rich in plant protein and minerals. The 180 g pack is suitable for baked goods, soups and salads.
