How to use

For aromatherapy, drop a few drops of the oil into water in an aroma lamp or diffuser. For cosmetic use the oil should always be diluted in a carrier oil: for the face a concentration of about 1–1.5% is recommended (roughly 3–4 drops in 10 ml carrier oil), and for the body and hair about 2–3% (roughly 6–9 drops in 10 ml carrier oil). Lavender oil is also traditionally used to scent rooms and textiles.
