Massage Oil for Kapha Dosha is an Ayurvedic herbal formula created for an invigorating daily body massage. In Ayurveda, Kapha dosha is linked to the earth and water elements, and balancing care for it is traditionally aimed at a sense of lightness, freshness and stimulated circulation. The warm oil is applied with energetic movements and is especially suited to oily, blemish-prone skin.
What it contains
Sesame oil is the base carrier oil from certified organic farming, which nourishes the skin and makes it smooth during massage.
Citronella (Cymbopogon nardus) is a 100% pure essential oil with a fresh, invigorating aroma that gives the formula its characteristic toning effect.
Inula (Inula racemosa), Indian sarsaparilla (Hemidesmus indicus), cyperus (Cyperus rotundus), albizzia (Albizzia lebbeck) and spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi) are herbal root and bark extracts traditionally used in Ayurvedic care for the Kapha type.

How to use
Gently warm the oil and apply it to the body with energetic, quick movements. Use circular motions around the joints and long strokes along the limbs toward the heart. Leave on for 15–20 minutes, then shower. Daily use is recommended, ideally in the morning before bathing.
Suitable for
People of Kapha constitution, as well as oily, blemish-prone skin. The formula is especially pleasant when feeling heavy, sluggish or in need of invigorating morning care.
