Mineral Salt No.12 is the twelfth in the classic series of mineral salts, also known as Dr Schüssler salts. The tablets are designed to dissolve slowly in the mouth, allowing gradual absorption. What it contains

How to use

Recommended intake for adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets, 4 times daily. For children aged 6 to 11: 2 tablets, 3 times daily. For children aged 1 to 5: 2 tablets, once daily. Let the tablet dissolve slowly in the mouth, ideally taken at least half an hour before or after meals. For young children, 2 tablets may be dissolved in half a glass of water and given as 1 to 3 tablespoons daily.
