Organic Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic formula whose name means "three fruits". It combines the fruits of three plants - Haritaki, Amalaki and Bibhitaki, which in Ayurveda are traditionally used to support normal digestion, the comfort of the gastrointestinal tract and regular bowel function. The ingredients come from certified organic cultivation.
