Buzko's rosehip marmalade is made from carefully selected rosehips with a high fruit content. Its rich amber colour and dense texture come from the fruit alone, while the characteristic sweet-tart taste brings the aroma of the autumn rosehip bush to every spoonful.

How it is made

The marmalade is prepared from top-quality rosehips with a high fruit content, using nothing but fruit and sugar in the jar. No thickeners, gelling agents, ready-made fruit bases or improvers are added. A gentle low-temperature technique preserves the natural colour, aroma and qualities of the fruit.

Composition

65% rosehip, sugar, antioxidant: citric acid. No preservatives, flavourings or colourings.

Serving ideas

Excellent on freshly baked bread or a toasted slice, as a filling for pancakes and homemade pastries, or stirred into a bowl of yoghurt. It also pairs well with a cheese board.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. After opening, keep the jar refrigerated.
