The fig leaf syrup is a natural base for homemade lemonade with a mild, distinctive and unusual taste. It is made from a water extract of fig leaves, sugar and citric acid, without preservatives, flavourings or colourings. It is suitable for both children and adults.
How it is made
Selected leaves of Bulgarian origin are used for the syrup. The characteristic taste and aroma are obtained through prolonged water extraction, without ready-made flavouring substances or extracts. The gentle low-temperature technology preserves the delicate notes of the leaves.
How to prepare
Dilute in a ratio of one part syrup to eight parts cold drinking or sparkling water (1:8). One bottle yields about 6.75 l of ready-to-drink beverage.
