The elderflower syrup is a natural base for homemade lemonade with a fine, refreshing elderflower aroma. It is made from a water extract of elderflower, sugar, water and citric acid, without preservatives, flavourings or colourings. It is suitable for both children and adults.
How it is made
The blossom is harvested from the producer's own organic-certified plantation, and the entire processing is carried out on site, starting from the fresh elderflower, without ready-made extracts or substances. A gentle low-temperature technology is used, which preserves the fine aroma and characteristic taste of the blossom.
How to prepare
Dilute in a ratio of one part syrup to eight parts cold drinking or sparkling water (1:8). One bottle yields about 6.75 l of ready-to-drink beverage.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep the bottle refrigerated.
