Recommended intake
Once or twice a day, add 1 tablespoon (5 g) to yogurt, a smoothie or other food and stir. Leave for 5 minutes until the powder dissolves completely. It is recommended to take it 30 minutes before a meal; alternate a three-month intake with a two-week break.
