What it contains

The single ingredient is beef collagen (hydrolyzed collagen peptide over 90%). From 10 g of the product the body receives over 9 g of protein and just 37 kcal, with no fat, carbohydrates or sugars. Amino acids per dose include glycine (2.46 g), proline (1.43 g) and hydroxyproline (1.25 g).

Recommended intake

Stir 1 tablespoon (5 g) once or twice a day into yogurt, a smoothie or other food of your choice, and wait 5 minutes until it dissolves completely. It is best taken 30 minutes before a meal. After a three-month course, take a two-week break.
