Golden Collagen owes its name to the combination of collagen and golden turmeric, known from traditional oriental drinks. Hydrolyzed beef collagen delivers amino acids in a ratio suitable for the body to use in producing its own collagen.

What it contains

The formula contains 80% beef collagen peptide and inulin (soluble fiber from chicory), enriched with turmeric root, maca root, Ceylon cinnamon powder, ginger root and ground black pepper. The composition is rounded off with acerola extract and stevia extract. A 20 g dose provides over 14.49 g of protein at 68.86 kcal, with glycine (3.74 g), proline (3.19 g) and hydroxyproline (1.82 g) standing out among the amino acids.

Recommended intake

Stir 1 tablespoon (10 g) once or twice a day into yogurt, a smoothie or other food of your choice. Leave for 5 minutes to dissolve well. Preferably take it 30 minutes before a meal and alternate a three-month intake with a two-week break.
