Beef Collagen Max combines hydrolyzed collagen and freeze-dried red fruits in a single powder. Taking hydrolyzed collagen supplies the body with amino acids in a ratio close to what is needed to build its own collagen, the body's main structural protein.

What it contains

The recipe is based on 70% beef collagen peptide and inulin (soluble fiber from chicory), to which freeze-dried pomegranate, freeze-dried raspberries and strawberries are added. The complex also includes glucosamine sulfate 2KCL, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid, as well as acerola extract and stevia extract. A 20 g serving provides over 12.78 g of protein at 62.38 kcal, with glycine (3.27 g), proline (2.79 g) and hydroxyproline (1.60 g) leading the amino acid profile.

Recommended intake

Stir 1 tablespoon (10 g) once or twice a day into yogurt, a smoothie or other food. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes until it dissolves completely. It is best taken 30 minutes before a meal, alternating a three-month course with a two-week break.
