The product contains only fish collagen (hydrolyzed collagen peptide over 90%). A 10 g dose contains over 9 g of protein at 36 kcal and zero fat and sugars. According to the manufacturer's data, each dose provides hydroxyproline (1.0 g), glutamic acid (1.15 g) and alanine (0.95 g).

Recommended intake

Stir 1 tablespoon (5 g) once or twice a day into yogurt, a smoothie or other food of your choice, and wait 5 minutes until it dissolves completely. It is preferable to take it 30 minutes before a meal. After three months of intake, take a two-week break.
