Magnesium Phosphoricum is the seventh of the twelve mineral (Schuessler) salts, a system in which minerals are taken in a highly diluted, easily absorbable form. The tablets are left to melt slowly under the tongue, making them convenient for the whole family.

What it contains

How to use

Take the tablets at least half an hour before or after a meal, letting them dissolve slowly in the mouth. Adults and children over 12: 2 tablets 4 times daily. Children aged 6 to 11: 2 tablets 3 times daily. Children aged 1 to 5: 2 tablets once daily, dissolved in half a glass of water if needed.
