Recommended intake

Once or twice a day, stir 1 tablespoon (5 g) into yogurt, a smoothie or other food. Leave for 5 minutes until it dissolves well. The recommended time to take it is 30 minutes before a meal; alternate a three-month intake with a two-week break.
